Who are not covered by the Labor Code?

“All rights and benefits granted to workers under the Labor Code shall, except as may otherwise be provided herein, apply alike to all workers, whether agricultural or non-agricultural, including employees in a government corporation incorporated under the Corporation Code.” (Article 6, Labor Code of the Philippines)

What may be insured?

A contract of insurance is an agreement whereby one undertakes for a consideration to indemnify another against loss, damage or liability arising from an unknown or contingent event.

The classes of insurance include: Life Insurance, Property Insurance, Casualty Insurance, Compulsory Insurance, and Microinsurance.
